Right of withdrawal

If you want to return an item, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal at Yummii Yummii from the day you receive the item. This means that within 30 days of receiving the item in physical possession, you must notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. Then send the item back as soon as possible. Please note that you must send the item back no later than 14 days after you have notified us.

NB! PLEASE NOTE PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

The easiest way for you to notify us is by sending an email via our contact email system, which you will find here on the website under contact us.

Pack the item in original packaging and securely, and hand the item over to a GLS shop with our address: Yummii Yummii, Svanevænget 30, 2100 Copenhagen.

NOTE: You cannot exercise the right of withdrawal by simply refusing to receive the item or by failing to collect it from the carrier.

Refund

We always return your money to the same means of payment with which you paid for your goods, and no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of the cancellation. We may withhold the amount until we have received the goods back or you have sent proof of dispatch of the goods, whichever occurs first.

The condition of the item when you send it back

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words, you must not have used the item. If we can determine that the item has been tested, we regard it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value. In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as in a physical store. You may see the item - but not test the item.

We estimate the value based on a concrete assessment of the returned item.

You pay yourself for shipping costs in connection with returning the item.

NOTE: You are responsible for any damage that may occur during transport. Your claim for a refund does not include any fees for the use of credit cards or other means of payment that we have paid to the acquirer.

Return and exchange

Pack the item securely in the original packaging and return the package with the item as soon as possible and within 14 days at the latest. The package is handed over to GLS, where you picked up the item. Save postal receipt and any Track and Trace number. Please note that we do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery.

Complaints and wrongly delivered goods

At Yummii Yummii, quality is the focus, but if you unexpectedly experience errors or defects in a product, your purchase is covered by the Purchase Act, including the defect rules, and you also have a 24-month right of complaint on all products.

You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the lack of the item. We recommend that you complain as soon as possible and within 2 months after the error was discovered.

Although we at Yummii Yummii have made great efforts to indicate colors and qualities as accurately as possible, computer colors and screen resolutions may vary. Minor color deviations are therefore not considered to be a defect within the meaning of the Sales Act.

The return shipment is of course free of charge, and the complaint is justified (if a more expensive form of shipping is used, we will only refund up to DKK 45-). We will refund the purchase price when we have received the item back, unless you get a new item to replace the original item.

Here's how you do it
If a product is damaged or defective, you can make a complaint. Contact us as soon as you discover the error. That way, we can offer a solution based on your information as soon as possible. This return shipment is free of charge for you (if the complaint is justified). Please note that you are responsible for the package/item until we receive it. Therefore, save the postal receipt as well as any Track and Trace number. Please note that we do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery.

Wrongly delivered goods

If you experience receiving a wrong item, please contact customer service as soon as possible. Send the item back to us and we will send you a new item free of charge. In the case of wrongly delivered goods, the return shipment is of course also free of charge for you, and you simply follow the same procedure as for returns.
