In the manufacture of our Bento boxes, we have not compromised on quality. All boxes are manufactured in the highest quality stainless steel 18/8, which is approved by the food authorities in the EU for food storage. By using stainless steel to wrap your food, you get a number of advantages. Steel can absorb cold, so if you store your Bento boxes in the fridge before use, you avoid having to bring cooling elements when you're on the go. Steel is chemical-free food storage and environmentally friendly in the sense that a steel lunch box has a long life, it can be used again and again and thus helps to create "zero" waste.
Other advantages include that by using the highest quality steel, we have ensured that your Bento Box is easy to clean and that it does not absorb color or odor from foods such as curry or beetroot. Lunch box with compartments is not for liquid food
You should be aware that our Bento Boxes are not leak-proof, so it is recommended that you do not use them for liquid foods such as yoghurt, dressing etc. Here we would instead recommend our Bento Rounds for delicious food storage.
